I haven't posted here in two months, and it hasn't been for lack of things to write. As you may have guessed, I have been extremely busy for the past eight weeks or so. While I have outlined a couple of things I want to talk about (including this post by Bob Crowley, and the recent Inter-Noise 2006 conference), I felt guilty about spending time writing instead of producing for my clients. End result: no posts. I'm hoping things will slow down enough in the next couple of weeks so I can get this blog back on track.

In the meanwhile, I would like to offer everyone my wishes for a Happy Holiday season, and peaceful New Year. 'Silence' is a big part of what I do, and as part of my seasonal message this year, I offer the following poem, courtesy of Scott W at Poetic Leanings:

Channeling the world
